To make sure your purchases are tracked correctly and generate impact:
- Allow Cookies – Cookies are necessary for tracking and crediting your purchase.
- Complete in One Session – Finish shopping without closing the in-app browser.
- Tracking Takes Time – Purchases may take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.
1. Shop Through Terry’s In-App Browser
Always start your shopping journey within the Terry app. Purchases must be completed using the in-app browser—switching to the store’s app or another tab can break tracking and prevent your impact from being counted.
2. Try to Complete Your Purchase in One Session
If possible, finish your order in one go. Pausing or navigating away mid-purchase can interrupt tracking. If you’ve already filled your cart in a previous session, reopen the store through the Terry app before checking out to ensure proper tracking.
3. Turn Off Ad Blockers
Cookies help track your purchase and credit Terry with a referral commission, which funds climate action. To ensure tracking works smoothly, disable ad blockers while shopping through Terry’s in-app browser.
4. Missing Impact? Use the “Missing Impact” Feature
If your purchase doesn’t appear in the app, submit proof of purchase via the “Missing Impact” feature in your account screen. Terry will investigate to ensure your funds are correctly allocated to climate projects.
